Purchase a copy of "Cooking Rites & Rituals:  A Guy's Guide to Good Eats."  Order from St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 107 Louis St., Greenville NC 27858; 252-355-2125; $8.00.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the ALS Association in memory of Rick Poucher, a charter member of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew at St. Timothy's parish.
